Why titanium?

We wanted a material that could maintain its shape through extensive everyday writing while offering a thoughtful balance of wear resistance, precision, and hardness.

Many technical ceramics are substantially harder than titanium. Ceramic can offer exceptional wear resistance, but maximum hardness wasn't our goal. The tip repeatedly contacts your tablet's writing surface, so we deliberately chose a material that can provide long-lasting geometry without simply choosing the hardest material available.

Aerospace-grade titanium gives ForeverTip that balance. It's highly wear-resistant, can be precisely shaped and polished, and is designed to maintain a remarkably consistent writing point over time.
