Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Domestic & International Shipping

 


We currently ship both domestically and internationally.


International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 

 

 

Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipment is picked up by the carrier.

 

 

 

Delays

 


We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, if your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

 

 

 

Incorrect Address

 


Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

 

 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages
