ForeverTip Trust & Transparency: A Note From Our Founder
If you’re researching ForeverTip or ForeverPen online, you may have come across criticism of how we promoted our products during the early days of the company.
I want to address that directly with full transparency.
We Made Mistakes
ForeverTip started as a very small family business built around a product we genuinely believed in.
We were excited about what we had created and eager to get it in front of people. We didn’t have the marketing teams, experience, or resources of a large company. We were learning how to build a brand while simultaneously building the products behind it.
But being inexperienced doesn’t excuse getting things wrong.
Some of our early online promotional activity was not transparent enough about its connection to ForeverTip.
Regardless of the intention behind it, I understand why people felt misled.
That was wrong, and I take full responsibility for it.
There are also claims and speculation online that go beyond what actually happened. But I don’t want disagreements over individual claims to distract from the criticism that is legitimate.
We made mistakes in how we marketed ForeverTip.
We learned from them.
And we don’t market ForeverTip that way anymore.
What Changed at ForeverTip
ForeverTip today is a very different company from the one we were when we were first trying to get our products off the ground.
As we've grown, so have our standards for how we communicate about our products.
Today, we want ForeverTip and ForeverPen to earn attention through the products themselves.
That means real customer experiences, transparent relationships with reviewers, product demonstrations, independent testing, and honest feedback — including criticism.
When we send a ForeverTip or ForeverPen to a reviewer, we encourage transparency about that relationship.
We don't tell reviewers what conclusion they need to reach.
Receiving a product from us does not mean someone owes us a positive review.
In fact, critical feedback has helped us identify things we can improve.
We Want the Products to Speak for Themselves
ForeverTip was created around a simple idea: people buying premium digital writing devices shouldn't necessarily have to keep replacing the tiny writing nib at the end of their pen.
ForeverTip replaces the conventional disposable nib with a precision-engineered titanium alternative designed for long-term use.
ForeverPen takes that same idea and builds a complete EMR stylus around it.
But you shouldn't have to take our word for whether either product is right for you.
Read customer experiences. Watch demonstrations. Read independent reviews. Look at criticism. Ask questions. And make your own decision.
That's the standard we want ForeverTip to be held to.
How We Approach Reviews Today
We believe a review is valuable precisely because we don't control it.
If we provide a product to a reviewer, our expectation is simple:
Tell people what you genuinely think.
If you love something, say it. If you don't like something, say that too. If you discover something we should improve, we want to hear it.
A company asking for honest reviews has to be willing to receive honest answers.
About Criticism of ForeverTip Online
We know discussions about ForeverTip and ForeverPen exist across Reddit and elsewhere online.
Some criticism of our early marketing is justified.
Some statements and assumptions that have circulated about the company are not accurate or don't tell the complete story.
We're not going to spend our time fighting people on Reddit or trying to erase criticism from the internet.
Instead, we're going to do something much simpler:
Own what we got wrong and show through our actions what ForeverTip is today.
That means being transparent. It means supporting our customers. It means improving our products when customers identify problems. And it means allowing independent reviewers to reach their own conclusions.
Trust isn't something we can declare.
It's something we have to earn.
Our Commitment Going Forward
ForeverTip has grown considerably since its earliest days, but growth doesn't erase mistakes.
The right response is to acknowledge them, learn from them, and operate differently.
That's what we're committed to doing.
If you're considering a ForeverTip or ForeverPen and have questions about the products, our company, something you've read online, or anything else, you're welcome to contact us directly.
You deserve a straight answer.
Thank you to everyone who has supported ForeverTip, everyone who has reviewed our products honestly, and even those who have criticized us when we needed to hear it.
We're still building. We're still learning. And we're committed to doing it the right way.
